How quickly are you on site in an emergency?
Within our service area we usually arrive the same day. Real emergencies (wasp nest by a children's bedroom, rats in the kitchen, dead marten in the bedroom) get priority — call us, we'll give you an honest estimate of arrival time.
What does pest control cost?
After a free inspection you receive a written fixed-price quote. Wasp nest removal is typically 90–180 €, rat control (incl. monitoring over several weeks) 250–450 €, bedbugs higher depending on infestation level. Prices always agreed before work begins.
Do you use live traps? Is "animal-friendly removal" possible?
No. We work exclusively with professional, legally compliant control methods. Anyone looking to relocate animals is in the wrong place.
Are the products you use dangerous for children and pets?
We work with approved products and apply them in a targeted way — bait stations, gel points, fogging in sealed rooms. After the exposure period the home is fully usable again. We explain in advance exactly what is being applied where.
Are pests guaranteed not to come back?
Every job comes with a success guarantee for a defined period. If pests return during the guarantee period, we follow up free of charge. Important: entry points must be sealed and hygiene guidelines followed — we go over this on site.
Do you work discreetly? Will the neighbors notice?
Our vehicles are unmarked. No one needs to know an exterminator is on site. For many customers this is the most important point — pests aren't a stigma, but we're happy to spare you the conversation with the neighbors.
Do you also handle commercial / restaurants / food processors?
Yes — with HACCP-compliant documentation, regular monitoring, annual contracts and inspection reports for regulatory authorities. We're familiar with the requirements of hygiene regulations.
Will insurance cover the cost?
For rental apartments, pest control is the landlord's responsibility depending on the cause of the infestation. On request we provide a detailed invoice with a damage report so you can submit the cost to the owner or insurer.
